Earth Day Cacao Ceremony & Gong Sound Bath

Gather, celebrate and self-reflect on Earth Day with ceremonial cacao and The Gong. 

Enjoy a cup or two of delicious cacao prepared to your liking, build community, honor Mother Earth, relax and journey inward with a ~40 minute GONG sound bath.  

We will begin our cacao session, with some cacao history while you assist in preparing your cacao drink to your liking. We then gather to honor Mother Earth on this day, connecting with the cacao and intention, opening up to speak from our hearts and expressing gratitude for the safe space, healing properties of the cacao, our journey, and community. We will close the ceremony after a sound bath with The Gong where you will be "bathed" in the sounds and vibrations of The Gong to enhance the experience. You are welcome here :) Once The Gong finishes, we process and reflect in silence and stillness for 5 minutes. Sharing and/or journaling your experience with the others IS OPTIONAL.The entire experience lasts about 90 - min - 2 hours. Mats/pillows/blankets and snacks provided.

*Dogs on premises. Our rescue dogs, Yadi and Nova will happily greet you upon arrival and retreat to their space.  They enjoy receiving The Gong and give it 2 paws up!

GONG MEDICAL CONTRAINDICATIONS

NOT suitable for pregnancy, people with pacemakers or other implants, those suffering from serious heart conditions, acute or serious mental health problems or those who may suffer from sound induced epilepsy.
