Sometimes, the challenges you face may seem insurmountable. However, I want you to know that you don't have to make drastic changes to start making progress. All you need to do is focus on changing one thing. Given your current state, how do you envision yourself 1 month, 2 months, or 1 year from now? Health and well-being is by choice, not chance. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. It is time to try something new...the missing link...something that your mind and body will thank you for!  Behavior psychology tells us that small efforts done with consistency over time produce the best, long-term results.

If you want to be living your healthiest life into your 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond then you must align with your natural rhythms! 

What if your body isn't revolting, but simply communicating through symptoms? Bodies naturally want to heal, we just have to get out of the way!  I can show you how.

 Every choice you make impacts your health, whether you realize it or not. You can choose to make choices that improve your health or ones that lead to disease. Even complex medical conditions can be improved by making the right choices. In these sessions,  you will learn how to align with what your mind and body truly need to heal. It's like a weekly women's retreat that will leave you feeling focused, healthy, motivated, and connected. We will provide actionable and customizable steps to practice between meetings, but even just our weekly meeting will give you the tools to start feeling better right away. It's time to tune back into your body's needs if you want to feel your best.

What you are feeling is real and it is profound, and it is important.

Don't get me wrong, I love a good, day or weekend wellness retreat!  They are great for relaxing and getting some clarity or having aha moments but oftentimes they just don't provide the momentum to bring forth real change.  There is typically no or little follow-up or expert guidance once the retreat ends.  This 8-week series provides guidance and longer-term support to help you create sustainable change to improve your well-being for less than the cost of those weekend retreats.

Our small group support of like-minded women can help eliminate any feelings of isolation, provide direction and accountability, and can be deeply impactful.  When you know you're not alone in life's challenges, it can empower you to work through them and lead to positive outcomes.  Groups are oriented toward trust, curiosity, accountability, and community.  Be open to unlimited possibilities!

Meet your Facilitator:

Make no mistake, the support and guidance I provide utilizing my Essentials of Optimal Wellness would benefit and transform most anyone at any age.  My guidelines are based on human biology, physiology, and psychology, yet my approach is always custom for each individual. My focus on midlife women came out of my own frustration with how poorly women of a certain age are treated, and /or dismissed within our healthcare system.  The only advice many of us are given is to eat less, exercise more, and take a certain class of pharmaceuticals.  This advice is often not helpful for many of us, and in fact, can cause you more struggle and frustration in the long term.

Today, I provide a realistic map to follow for women who are facing challenges with their physical health, and mental wellness. I help midlife women who are feeling stressed, anxious, and disconnected from their bodies to connect with their essential life rhythms,  to restore balance and radiance so that they can live an energized, active, healthy life and achieve their desired work and play goals.
