Hello, I am so glad you found my offering. I have a mission and soul (Yep, soul, not sole :) purpose to get the message out that our modern lifestyle routines are not conducive to thriving...ESPECIALLY FOR WOMEN!  Sure, bodies are resilient and can limp and grind along for a long time but who wants to exist like that if they don't have to?  When you become aware of the disconnection that is causing your dis-ease, and take action to get reconnected and in alignment with your body's needs and natural design, you can become unstoppable! You can learn to truly live rather than simply exist and, it's not all that difficult once you know what/how to do it.  ~ Patty

*The event will be held at my home studio located in the picturesque foothills, which is just a 20-minute drive from Fort Collins and is near the Horsetooth Reservoir. The studio is designed to offer a serene and peaceful environment for learning, relaxation, contemplation, connection, and transformation.
