Come settle with a warm blanket on a comfortable mat while being bathed in the powerful, healing sound and vibration of our most healing gongs to find your quiet mind, relax your body and renew your spirit as we journey inward for the winter season.


Perfect for couples, friends, singles, and anyone needing a renewal of mind, body, and spirit.  

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.  BEGINNERS ARE ENCOURAGED AND WELCOME!


We will begin with our Winter Solstice Ceremony, claiming the darkness as a valuable part of our life's journey, as we reflect, release, and set into motion that which we wish to manifest for the coming season.
