MANY of us our out of touch with what our bodies need. We have lost or suppressed the connection.  Are you experiencing stress, tension or pain from old injuries/misuse/inactivity?  My restorative yoga and gong sessions will move you into deep, conscious relaxation, to settle your mind and body into a state of healing.  Restorative yoga is not intimidating or intense.  Restorative yoga uses gentle, supported positions with props to reduce any challenges and allow your body to open up where it is tense and tight and into rest. When was the last time you gave your body and mind permission to RELAX? Restorative yoga and gong sound healing moves your body out of flight, fright or freeze mode and into rest, digest and heal mode.

Come let me share the POWER of INTENTIONAL REST using restorative yoga and the POWER of JOURNEYING with a gong sound healing session to take you even deeper. Learn to tune into your body and let go of tension you are storing. Your mind and body will thank you!

Release - Receive - Renew - An incredible day of healing awaits you. This is not your typical studio sound bath after yoga...this is body, mind, spirit healing. 

We begin our session with several gentle supported yoga positions that invoke deep relaxation on the body and mind, and relieve fatigue and stress followed by a powerful journey of sound and vibration from The Gong to enhance deep meditation and healing while you lay in YOUR most comfortable restorative position(s). Once The Gong finishes, we process and reflect in silence and stillness for 5 minutes.

All mats, pillows and blankets, yoga props,  and eye masks provided at The Golden House.  Feel free to bring your own if that feels right for you.

 RESTORATIVE YOGA PRINCIPALS: FOCUSES ON RELAXATION, NOT STRENGTH OR FLEXIBILITY POSES ARE GENTLE AND SUPPORTED WITH PROPS POSES ARE MOSTLY ON THE FLOOR, SIMPLE AND GENTLE but powerful in healing. EACH PRACTICE INCLUDES A HANDFUL OF POSES THAT ARE EASY TO FOLLOW. PROMOTES PEACE AND WELL-BEING Client reported benefits of the gong with RMGJ:
