3 Hr Extended Gong Immersion for Groups

Service Description

RESERVATION ONLY - for 6 participants. NEXT LEVEL GONG JOURNEY that will have you saying "Wow, why haven't I done this before!" This session is 3 hours, about half the length of a Gong Puja which is 7 1/2 hours. This is a perfect opportunity to build your gong stamina and get into one of our exclusive, by invitation only Gong Pujas which scientists and mathematicians have calculated as the amount needed for optimal healing. Love journeying with The Gong but feel like it's never long enough, deep enough? Level up with 3 CONTINUOUS, mesmerizing hours of gongs to induce deep relaxation, meditation and healing. NOT suitable for beginners. For this extended journey, it is preferred that participants have prior gong meditation experience (either private or group), preferably with Rocky Mt. Gong. Please contact us via email/text/phone to discuss the details of this incredible healing session. -The Gong has been used in healing for thousands of years. The mind finds it challenging to follow and control the complex sounds of The Gong and will enter into a deeply relaxing meditative state. It is great for those who feel resistant to meditation. The Gong releases physical, mental, emotional blocks in the body, it can stimulate a higher functioning of the glandular and nervous system, it increases prana, our vital life force, and improves circulation . The Gong quiets the mind, clearing the clutter from the subconscious, by working into the delta and theta brain wave states, those we typically reach during restful sleep. Release - Receive - Renew We begin our session with some gentle breath work and energy routine, OR ceremony to mark your occasion, to prepare the mind and body, followed by guided relaxation, lying down or in a seated position, fully clothed. You are then "bathed" in the sounds and vibrations of The Gong to enhance deep meditation and healing. In this extended session you may experience altered states of consciousness. Mats, Pillows, blankets and eye masks are provided at The Golden House location only. Feel free to bring your own if it feels right for you. Comfortable lounge chairs provided for those unable to lay on the floor. *DOGS ON PREMISES @ THE GOLDEN HOUSE - Our rescue dogs, Yadi and Nova will happily greet you upon arrival and retreat to their space. They enjoy receiving The Gong and give it 2 paws up!

Cancelation Policy

Please note: Please provide 48 hours notice prior to appointment for cancellations. There is a 3.5% Bank Transaction fee for ANY refund requests due to cancellation. Please be sure you can attend the session prior to scheduling. Service credits for emergency cancellations may be considered to be used at a later date (without fees) in place of refunds. No refunds for appointments, program sessions, retreats or workshops not attended. Programs, Retreats and Workshops require 10 day notice for refund request. Thank you for honoring our time.
