Private Gong Sessions for 6 to 10

Service Description

For 6-10 RESERVATION ONLY- = 45 and 60 minute sessions offered = $44-55/person +Select the BOOK NOW button and choose your date. Under the dropbox of PREFERENCES, select the service that MATCHES the number in your group and the length of session you prefer. Wanting to show appreciation for personal well-being or maybe you want to connect with others in as alternative to hanging out at the bar? Would like to share a unique, enlightening experience with family, friends or colleagues? If you're ready to be your best and feel your best, come take a journey with The Gong. A gong session is great way to get out of your overthinking brain, decompress and awaken a new you. Nourishing our relationships with others brings us closer and improves our quality of life so that we can be healthy and thrive. The Gong has been used in healing for thousands of years. The mind finds it challenging to follow and control the complex sounds of The Gong and will enter into a deeply relaxing meditative state. It is great for those who feel resistant to meditation. The Gong releases physical, mental, emotional blocks in the body, it moves us out of a fight, flight or freeze, stress state and into a rest, repair and heal state. The Gong deeply relaxes the body and quiets the mind, clearing the clutter from the subconscious, by working into the brain wave states typically reached during restful sleep or deep meditation. Release - Receive - Renew We begin most sessions with some gentle breath work and energy routine to prepare the mind and body, followed by guided relaxation, lying down or in a seated position, fully clothed. You are then "bathed" in the sounds and vibrations of The Gong to enhance deep meditation and healing. Once The Gong finishes, you process and reflect in silence and stillness for 5 minutes. We invite you to stay and enjoy some delicious tea. Mats, Pillows, blankets and eye masks are provided at The Golden House location only. Feel free to bring your own if it feels right for you. Comfortable chairs provided for those unable to lay on the floor. *DOGS ON PREMISES @ THE GOLDEN HOUSE - Our rescue dogs, Yadi and Nova will happily greet you upon arrival and retreat to their space. They enjoy receiving The Gong and give it 2 paws up!

Cancelation Policy

Please note: Please provide 48 hours notice prior to appointment for cancellations. There is a 3.5% Bank Transaction fee for ANY refund requests due to cancellation. Please be sure you can attend the session prior to scheduling. Service credits for emergency cancellations may be considered to be used at a later date (without fees) in place of refunds. No refunds for appointments, program sessions, retreats or workshops not attended. Programs, Retreats and Workshops require 10 day notice for refund request. Thank you for honoring our time.
