RESERVATION ONLY For groups greater than 6 please message us. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. BEGINNERS ARE ENCOURAGED AND WELCOME! Modern life got you down? Are you experiencing stress, tension or pain from old injuries/misuse/inactivity? My restorative yoga and gong sound bath sessions will move you into deep, concious relaxation, to settle your mind and body into a state of healing. Restorative yoga is not intimidating or intense. Restorative yoga uses gentle, supported positions with props to reduce any challenges and allow your body to rest. When was the last time you gave your body and mind permission to relax? Beginners welcome! Restorative yoga and gong sound healing moves your body out of flight, fright or freeze mode and into rest, digest and heal mode. RESTORATIVE YOGA PRINCIPALS: FOCUSES ON RELAXATION, NOT STRENGTH OR FLEXIBILITY POSES ARE GENTLE AND SUPPORTED WITH PROPS POSES ARE MOSTLY ON THE FLOOR, SIMPLE AND GENTLE EACH PRACTICE INCLUDES ONLY A HANDFUL OF POSES THAT ARE EASY TO FOLLOW. PROMOTES PEACE AND WELL-BEING Group options 2-6 listed at checkout. Mats, props pillows, blankets and eye masks are provided at The Golden House location only. Feel free to bring your own if it feels right for you. Dogs on premises at THE GOLDEN HOUSE - Our rescues, Yadi and Nova will happily greet you upon arrival and retreat to their space. They enjoy receiving The Gong and give it 2 paws up!

Cancellation Policy

Please note: There is a 3% Bank Transaction fee for ALL appointment cancellations/refunds. Service credits are an option and can be used at a later date (without fees) in place of refunds. Appointments rescheduled/canceled without 24 hour notice will incur a 25% charge.
