Blending the deep relaxation of Restorative Yoga with the meditative ambiance of a Sound Bath, this session is designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and promote mental clarity ✅Restorative Yoga only - a calming, low-effort practice that uses supportive props to gently stretch the body, quiet the mind, and promote deep relaxation. No sweat, no strain—just space to breathe. ✅ Rossiter for Fast Pain Relief and Improved Mobility (great for staff that does repetitive work or prolonged standing/sitting - works best as a full-day offering with staff sign-ups) ✅Wellness Stations - Our best wellness offerings set up as stations for staff to choose one or a few to meet their needs. Works best as a half or full-day offering, allowing staff to sign up as available. ✅Lunch and Learn Wellness talks - Can be added to any above service: Offered by Certified Health/Life/Sleep Coach - topics include, Easy to Use Tools to Reduce the Impact of Stress, Practices for Better Sleep and Health, and Mindfulness Exploration/Resources for More Calm. Cancellation Policy

Please note: Please provide 48 hours' notice before an appointment cancellation or rescheduling. There is a 3.0% Bank Transaction fee for ANY refund requests due to cancellation. Please be sure you can attend the session before scheduling. Service credits for emergency cancellations may be considered to be used at a later date (without fees) in place of refunds. No refunds for no-shows for appointments, programs, retreats, workshops, or sessions not used in a package. Thank you for honoring our time and your well-being. We look forward to hosting you.
