If you're looking for a unique and enlightening experience to share with your family, friends, or colleagues, consider a gong sound bath. This is an excellent way to escape your modern lifestyle mindset, relax, and discover a new version of yourself. Building and nurturing relationships with others strengthens our connections and enhances our quality of life, allowing us to be healthy, happy, and fulfilled. We may start our session with some gentle breath work or guided relaxation to prepare your mind and body to let go of tension and discomfort. During the session, you will be surrounded by the sounds and vibrations of The Gongs, which can help you achieve deep meditation and healing. Once The Gongs stop, we follow with a few minutes in silence and stillness to process and reflect. You are welcome to stay and enjoy some delicious, fruity tea. Mats, Pillows, bolsters, blankets, and eye masks are provided at The Golden House location only. Feel free to bring your own if it feels right for you. Comfortable chairs are provided, with advance notice, for those unable to lie on the floor. *Dogs on premises at THE GOLDEN HOUSE - and tend to mind their own business. They enjoy receiving The Gong and give it 2 paws up!

Cancellation Policy

Please note: Please provide 48 hours notice prior to appointment for cancellations. There is a 3.5% Bank Transaction fee for ANY refund requests due to cancellation. Please be sure you can attend the session prior to scheduling. Service credits for emergency cancellations may be considered to be used at a later date (without fees) in place of refunds. No refunds for no shows for appointments, programs, retreats or workshops, or sessions not used in a package. Programs, Retreats and Workshops require 10-day advance notice for refund requests.
