 Healing Gongs - Unlimited Possibilities - Come meet 60" Iris, one of NOCO's largest healing gongs - a guest favorite!

🌺 Where: Our foothills studio just a few minutes west of Fort Collins  - 3616 Soderburg Drive

🌺 When: 6:30 pm Wed, May 22 - Please arrive 5 min early to use the restroom and settle in.

🌺 What to bring:  Nothing, unless if feels right for you. Wear comfortable clothes. We provide Mats, bolsters, blankets, pillows, and eye masks are provided. Feel free to bring your own if it feels right for you. If you have difficulty laying on a yoga mat, you may want to upgrade to our plush, memory foam mat for a 1st class experience :)

🌺 What to expect: A welcoming group of like-minded souls living in a modern world. ~ We will begin with a full moon ceremony, while seated on your mat, calling on the energies and guides that surround us, releasing what no longer serves, and setting intentions for the journey.  We then settle into our comfortable space for the magical, mystical, healing sounds and vibrations of the gongs to receive the medicine our mind, body, and spirit need.

The Gong has been used in healing for thousands of years.  Our busy mind finds it challenging to follow and control the complex sounds of The Gong and will enter into a deeply relaxing meditative state. It is great for those who feel resistant to meditation or relaxation.  The Gong releases tension and blockages in the body and mind.  It reduces the harmful effects of stress by shifting out of flight, fright, or freeze mode and guiding into rest, digest, and heal mode. The Gong quiets the mind, clearing the clutter from the subconscious, by working into the brain wave states we typically reach during restful sleep or deep meditation.
